Another Reason to Like Jered Weaver

In case you missed it, Jered Weaver told Bill Shaikin of the Los Angeles Times the following after being asked if he regretted leaving money on the table (in the wake of Felix Hernandez and Zack Greinke's deals this off-season) in choosing to sign an extension with the Angels in 2011 and thus foregoing free agency.

"I don't give a [expletive]. You can quote me on that."

I like Jered Weaver. 

Also, let's all remember that Tony Reagins pulled that extension off. Not that it had much to do with him but...just saying.
